CONCEPT :

Opened in early 2019 following a meeting in London, The Cambridge Public House is located in the Marais district of Paris. By combining the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of a pub with the service and expertise of a cocktail bar, we claim to be a Cocktail Pub.

The Cambridge Public House has a constantly evolving cocktail program that changes to adapt to the seasons and locally sourced quality products. Our team of bartenders searches for new flavors and ingredients every month to create innovative and delicious cocktails, as well as classic pub food.

Our motto "Tradition & Transition" is more relevant than ever to our vision: Tradition pays homage to what our predecessors have done for our profession. Transition is an ode to new techniques, but above all, to our ecological and ethical way of perceiving things. At the Cambridge Public House, we prove that there are more sustainable ways to prepare good drinks, and we are more determined than ever to have a positive impact on the world and to be the change we wish to see.
